Issue 15

WASHINGTON SHREDDERS

As we have said before, the most efficient machine in Washington is the shredder. Since President George Bush left Washington there have been three known times when the Washington shredders were overused. Firstly, when the then curator designate of the Bush library allegedly was ordered to shred controversial Bush presidential documents belonging to the United States Government, thus expunging history. Congress did not react to this travesty. Secondly, after Ron Brown was killed the Clinton White House sent men to take over his office and shred documents belonging to the United States Government which may have jeopardized the Clinton Administration. (see Issue #7, Ambassador Prince Bandar receives the first Washington Ron Brown award.) Congress did not react to this travesty. Thirdly, shortly after our Issues 12-14 came out reliable sources told us a Justice Department financed affiliate in charge of child abduction shredded documents and deleted material on their computers pertaining to the disappearance epidemic of US children within the ages of 12-15. As mentioned in Issue #14, this is the same department led by several men receiving more than $100,000 per year to lower the expectations of parents and tell police departments that all kidnapping is local. We have not heard from our Saudi Arabian sources to find if the US child sex slaves abducted by Saudi princes and their associates are being dumped in Rub al-Khali (desert) to also get rid of evidence embarrassing to both the Saud family princes and Washington.

HOW FAR WILL WASHINGTON GO WITH SAUDI ARABIA?

Retired CIA Director Schlesinger said; “debacles in American intelligence resulted from the political prejudgments that precluded looking at the intelligence that had been collected … covert operations should take place only when there is a direct threat to the United States and its interests, and that these actions must remain ‘unconnected to the President’ “. O126 We have seen US presidents recently suborn intelligence reports in favor of self interest political moves, especially regarding the Middle East. We could see a grateful President George Bush Jr ignore substantiated intelligence reports to please Ambassador Prince Bandar. Is anything but the princely status quo in Saudi Arabia a direct threat to the United States and its national interests?

Is this not the policy similar to that under the Shah? The New York Times reports: “The stability of the Saudi kingdom is of so much concern to the United States that since the bombing of the military housing, a special task force of analysts has been studying the kingdom under the same rigorous process used to assess the most serious potential threats to U.S. national security.” O127 Time and time again it is reported in the US media how the Saud family and the section of the Arabian Peninsula they control are of vital interest to Washington. One wonders under what confidential agreement Washington can consider itself a suzerain over this part of the Arabian Peninsula. At a later date the New York Times continues: “Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy, where oil revenues lubricate corruption among royal princes, and civil liberties are denied. But its policies, and its stability, are critically important to the United States. The kingdom plays a dominant role in setting oil prices, and its support is essential to Washington’s ability to project military power in the Persian Gulf. Recent outbreaks of Islamic terrorism in Saudi Arabia, including attacks against American installations there, are an indication of problems in the kingdom that Washington cannot afford to ignore.” O128 We are now seeing that Crown Prince Abdullah is following many of the same policies as King Fahd. He still retains a no show Ambassador Prince Bandar. Perhaps Ambassador Prince Bandar has persuaded Crown Prince Abdullah to keep him around until Bandar assists in promoting another Bush into the White House! If this be the case, there are many in Washington who should be concerned just where Ambassador Prince Bandar’s bankroll is going.

IS HRH CROWN PRINCE ABDULLAH GOING TO CONTINUE WITH THE “ARRANGEMENT” MADE BETWEEN PRINCE BANDAR AND HIS WASHINGTON RETAINERS?

It is obviously seductive for Crown Prince Abdullah to continue with business as usual with Washington. Ambassador Prince Bandar is considered one of the most powerful men in Washington by virtue of his spreading money around. It is believed Bandar long ago surpassed Ardishar Zahidi in his profligacy. The New York Times reports: “Crown Prince Abdullah has been frank about giving Saudi Arabia’s national interests, as he sees them, precedence over diplomatic exhortations from Washington.” O129 It is quite well known on Embassy row Bandar is at the epicenter of what is wrong in Washington. We will see if Crown Prince Abdullah stays with Bandar’s foul Washington ways or brings into the Saudi Washington Embassy integrity and independent thinking.

CROWN PRINCE ABDULLAH ATTEMPTS TO STRESS CHILDREN’S RIGHTS, CONTINUING THE BIGGER LIE THEORY

Crown Prince Abdullah has directed Education Minister Dr Muhammad Al-Rasheed to pay special attention to the needs of children. Abdullah made the statement after a report was submitted attempting to implement the United Nations agreement on children’s rights which the Saudi Arabia endorsed two years ago. Copies were given to King Fahd and Prince Sultan! Crown Prince Abdullah stressed that “Saudi Arabia supported the agreement on children’s rights by contributing to the budget of the special action plan for implementation of the agreement.” O130 Abdullah said Saudi Arabia was doing more than that recommended in the United Nations agreement. The report mentions the prohibition of employment of children under the age of 13! Crown Prince Abdullah’s statement is valid if it only applies to Saudi Arabian citizens. The report is not accurate if it includes the child sex slaves of various princes abducted from the US, Europe and other countries. As mentioned in Issue #14 the Saud family customarily commit their slaves to a subhuman category in order to pass the Islamic, and most probably United Nations litmus test for human rights.

We went to the sparse offices of the underfunded United Nations Human Rights Group in Geneva some time ago. We talked to the Director about Saudi princes abducting children from the US and Europe. Recently, we were contacted by United Nations Human Rights in Geneva regarding our recent newsletters on child sex slavery in Saudi Arabia. Most probably they do not want to accept Prince Abdullah’s Saudi Arabian report and then have evidence contradicting it to be presented to the world community.

We propose that an inspection team be allowed into Saudi Arabia to search princely palaces and free their slaves, especially child sex slaves. The UN should then set up hospital facilities for rehabilitation of those slaves before return to their countries of origin. We would also like the UN to scan and excavate popular princely body dumping grounds in Rub al-Khali for corpses. Perhaps the US soldiers sent to defend the Saudi princes can aid the effort, especially in looking for US child sex slaves and those known to have disappeared while working in Saudi Arabia.

BIN LADEN’S POPULARITY CASTS AN UNFAIR STIGMA ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

Washington Times reports Omar Warsi as a leader of the Pakistani Sunni Muslim Sipah-e-Sahaba as saying: “It is a challenge to the entire Muslim world … Bin Laden is a hero of the Muslim world … If anything happens to him, America will be responsible.” O131 Unfortunately, like many Middle East groups Mr Warsi blames America. We see interview after interview where groups throughout the world blame “Americans” when they really mean a few lobbyist/lawyers, consultants, politicos and special interests in Washington. This name calling of “Americans” just plays into the hands of the Washington lawyer/lobbyists, consultants, politicos and special interests groups allowing them to hide behind the “Americans are to blame” rubric. One has to remember this Washington group keep things gray, fuzzy while remaining anonymous. This gives them the power to manipulate world events to enhance their bank accounts. The “Americans” are just as much victims of these Washington types as those in foreign lands who castigate “Americans”. Governments throughout the world are finding it increasingly more difficult to be heard in Washington without paying lawyer/lobbyist/consultants large sums of money for political access.

SAUDI ARABIAN GOVERNMENT AWARDS BIN LADEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THE CONTRACT TO REBUILD AL KHOBAR TOWERS

The Saudi Arabian Government has awarded the contract to rebuild the Al Khobar Towers which Osama bin Laden allegedly blew up killing 19 US military personnel to bin Laden Construction. Although it cannot be proven that Osama bin Laden receives any money from bin Laden Construction, it surely does not sit well with US military personnel. King Fahd, Ambassador Prince Bandar and Crown Prince Abdullah seem to be inconsiderate for the feelings of US military personnel sent to protect them from individuals like Osama bin Laden. USA Today reports: “Saudis bar direct transfer of funds to bin Laden from his wealthy supporters in Saudi Arabia, they don’t attempt to stop transfers from foreign bank accounts or charitable fronts.” O132 The Al Khobar families of the 19 victims have consistently been demeaned by Ambassador Prince Bandar.

WASHINGTON SAYS IT IS “STILL” DISAPPOINTED IN THE SAUDIS ON THE AL KHOBAR INVESTIGATION

New York Times reports: “U.S. officials say they have been frustrated by the Saudis’ refusal to cooperate fully on terrorism investigations in the past, especially in the case of the 1996 bombing of the American military barracks at Khobar Towers in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. O133 We know Washington could care less about the families of the Al Khobar victims. Washington must look like it is doing something paying lip service for US military morale but cannot offend the Saud family princes who want to do nothing for fear of reprisals towards them by bin Laden and company. Yet again, the US military personnel forced to protect the Saud family princes are expendable and on their own.

DOES OSAMA BIN LADEN HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM?

The Washington Times reports: “Bin Laden’s hostility toward the United States is ascribed to the American troop presence in Saudi Arabia, site of two of Islam’s holiest shrines and the focus of the annual Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca.” O134 This statement could be refined to say that bin Laden’s hostility is toward the Washington lawyer/lobbyists, consultants, special interest groups on Ambassador Prince Bandar’s payroll who see to it the Washington politicos keep ordering the US military personnel to guard the corrupt Saud family power structure over the two holy places. The Washington Post reports: “The common people (in the Middle East) do not believe he (Osama bin Laden) is a terrorist” O135

IS WASHINGTON PURPOSEFULLY UNTRUSTWORTHY TO DRIVE UP LOBBYIST, CAMPAIGN AND REVOLVING DOOR FEES?

Washington Times reports: “It was certainly the expectation of the Bush administration that Saddam Hussein would soon be history after Iraq’s disastrous rout in the Persian Gulf war in 1991. And he nearly was. The majority of Iraq’s provinces rose up in rebellion, only to find themselves abandoned by our side when they needed our active support. … Turns out they miscalculated American commitment again. National Security Advisor Anthony Lake called off U.S. air cover for the operation, hundreds of people were killed and some 30, 000 opposition troops had to flee Iraqi advances through Turkey. If we are not exactly trusted in this part of the world, it is not so strange.” O136 When Washington double crosses those throughout the world who believe them it makes for an uneasy foreign element. Washington lawyer/lobbyists, consultants and special interest groups sell extra insurance to these foreign elements through their economic connections with the Washington politicos. It has become almost mandatory for groups like the Saud family to buy security insurance through their lawyer/lobbyists, consultants and their supplier special interests. It is said Ambassador Prince Bandar is given $70,000,000 per year by King Fahd to spread around Washington no accountability or questions asked by the King. Allegedly, Ambassador Prince Bandar keeps much of it for himself. Ambassador Prince Bandar has succeeded through Washington lawyer/lobbyists and consultants on his payroll to purchase control over part of Loudoun County near Dulles airport for a Saudi compound.

SAUDI ARABIA CONTINUES BUSINESS IN IRAQ

The Washington Post reports; “Saudi Arabia was a pillar of the coalition that battled Iraq in the 1991 Persian Gulf War, providing the platform from which U.S. and other troops drove Iraqi forces from Kuwait. But late last month, for the first time since the war, Saudi firms were back in Baghdad doing business, signing an estimated $100 million in contracts” O137 Saud family princes can be considered the sissies of the Middle East running to Washington to protect them when needed but flirting with the local bully Saddam Hussein when advantageous.

KING FAHD, PRINCE BANDAR AND CROWN PRINCE ABDULLAH KEEP WASHINGTON MILITARY HARDWARE SPECIAL INTERESTS HAPPY

The Washington Times reports: “Saudi Arabia’s $11 billion of weaponry imports was the largest of any single country, mainly due to combat aircraft deliveries, including 36 U.S. Tornado bombers, 16 U.S. F-15s and 20 British Hawk trainer fighters.” O138 It is any wonder that London and Washington are pressuring Iraq when they receive military contracts like these! Saudi Arabia is quickly becoming a military hardware junk yard. This further corroborates the Saudi princes as the sissies of the Middle East through buying off protector and bully alike. The natural inclination of all is to despise the Saudi princes for their decadence and complete lack of conviction. But then again, they still control Mecca and Medina with the protection of the US military.

Dear Reader:

We see Crown Prince Abdullah using the same well worn policies King Fahd has used to keep the Saud family suborning Arabians under their control by appeasing their neighbors as well as Washington insiders. We have seen Abdullah tell Washington how he will only allow US military to use Saudi Arabia as a staging area in the continuing conflict with Iraq if Washington goes all out, no “pinprick”. We see Abdullah at the very same time cuddle up to Saddam Hussein through extensive business arrangements in Baghdad. We see Abdullah rebuff the US military investigation of the Al Khobar bombing. We see the Saud family ridicule the families of the US military victims of the Al Khobar bombing. We see Abdullah give Bin Laden Construction the reconstruction contract of Al Khobar Towers, allegedly blown up by Osama bin Laden, ignoring the sensitivities of the US military garrisoned in Saudi Arabia to protect the Saud family. We see Abdullah buy more unneeded US military arms to appease Washington insiders and special interests. This shows a continuing mollification of Washington special interests on behalf of King Fahd, Ambassador Bandar and Crown Prince Abdullah.
